We put our first bid in on a house! Yay! It wasn't the one I originally wanted, but it's right next door. The one I was really excited about ended up have a shady lady living there that wouldn't work with us to let us see inside. So we looked at the house next door which we had already seen before and loved but was pending. I guess the last bidder fell through and we got to put our bid in! Very exciting! It's totally adorable and move in ready. I hope everything goes smoothly! Ha! As if. =)
